- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship most orders within 7 business days (handling time). If products are discontinued in USA market, we will ship the products from our oversea warehouse, which may take 15-30 business days to arrive.
- Returns & Refund
- Due to hygenie reason, no return is accepted unless we send wrong product. Any defective or damage package should be report to our store email Support@sasabay.com within 3 days of delivery, in order to start USPS insurance claim.Refund is issued within 3 business days in case wrong products are sent and return package arrives.
- Order Cancellation
- Once order is placed, we are unable to cancel any order. If the buyer request urgent cancellation, buyer is subjet to 30% restocking charges and shipping cost. .
- Viewing Orders
- Order status is updated by emails. Customer can also view the status by logging into the account.
